Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Destinations:
We currently offer shipping within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will be able to review the shipping costs before completing your purchase.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to product availability.
Shipping Time:

Return Policy
At Mike Katko, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
Only unopened and unused packages are eligible for return.
The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Process:
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us via the contact form on our website. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the package.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned unopened package, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Once approved, a refund for the original purchase price (excluding the original shipping cost) will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used packages are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order via the contact form on our website at /contact. Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and/or the incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
